針對農正鮮灌水肉品，萬一引發國軍官兵身體健康問題，政府要不要負起責任一事，民進黨立委薛凌22日在施政總質詢時要求軍方，應對此做出負責任的承諾。行政院長江宜樺明確向薛凌承諾，政府會負起應負的責任。

薛凌指出，農正鮮肉品有長達七年時間使用灌水肉提供給國軍官兵食用，除現有國軍官兵尿蛋白及腎功能普查要軍方處理外，已退役的官兵也應有免費提供檢查的機制。

薛凌立委在總質詢時指出，「農正鮮公司」在國軍副食供應中心網違約科罰廠商排行榜是第一名，一共違約100次，「軍方怎會縱容一家食品供應商有高達100次的違約狀況」，她要求，軍方應立即深入追查內情並給外界一個交代。
