（中央社記者黃意涵台北22日電）公投盟號召群眾包圍立法院，行政院長江宜樺傍晚結束立院總質詢，離開時，有抗議民眾在濟南路上表達立場，警方隔開民眾讓車隊離開。入夜後仍有民眾在青島東路鎮江街口靜坐。

公投盟召集人蔡丁貴號召民眾包圍立法院，到晚間民眾在青島東路與鎮江街口靜坐，一度不讓車輛通行，由於警方要求讓出車道，雙方爆發推擠衝突。

傍晚6時漸漸有車輛開離立法院附近，警方要求靜坐在青島東路上的民眾讓出車道，雙方爆發衝突，民眾要求確認每輛經過的車輛內是否有立委，再度引發與警方的衝突。

警方要求民眾讓車輛通行，中正一警分局分局長方仰寧也在現場指揮警察。

在立法院車輛陸續離開後，部分民眾在青島東路和鎮江街口靜坐。1030422
