娃娃車車禍 司機疑心臟病發

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣22日電）屏東縣佳冬鄉塭豐村南寮路的娃娃車車禍，司機葉璨廣在急救後，宣告不治。枋寮醫院懷疑司機疑似心臟病發，撞上電桿。

今天下午4時許發生的佳育幼兒園娃娃車自撞電線桿車禍，車上7名小朋友、1名老師受輕微擦撞傷，司機葉璨廣救出時呈昏迷狀況，送醫搶救宣告不治。

枋寮醫院發現葉璨廣身體沒有明顯外傷，但心臟外膜卻有出血，懷疑車禍前心臟病發，才導致撞上電線桿，確實原因要法醫鑑定。

在車上的老師向園長劉曉嵐說，司機在撞上電桿前，出現精神狀況不穩的情形。

劉曉嵐說，葉璨廣兩個月前到幼兒園擔任司機，就職前曾做過身體檢查，沒有問題，兩個月裡的出車狀況也良好。

葉璨廣的家人表示，葉原本是廟公，兩個月前才到幼兒園擔任司機，平時身體狀況良好，沒有心臟病史，會出事，讓他們感到意外。

車禍發生，警消人員立刻趕到，老師和5名小朋友由救護車送往醫院，有2名小朋友因驚嚇過度，特別由警車護送到醫院。1030422
