當音樂人要先考證照？　文化部澄清

文化部擬實施流行音樂從業人員證照制，引發流行音樂界疑慮。文化部影視局今發布新聞稿澄清，僅推動流行音樂「燈光」及「音響音控」職能認證，並非執業執照，未通過也可從事相關工作，僅供業者用人參考，認證不涉及創作、樂手與歌手等其他各類人才，至於職能認證基準仍在研議中。

文化部表示，國內燈光、音響人才不足、水準不齊，透過職能認證，讓更多專業人才投入，提升技術水準。文化部說，英、美等國整合技職教育與訓練課程，讓人才培訓過程與認證接軌，日、韓也有流行音樂技術士或技能檢定。文化部期望職能基準建置完成後，導入常規教育，發展專門課程及學程，在學、訓、用三面共同發展。（生活中心／台北報導）
