周玉蔻遭連勝文提告　反駁：莫名其妙！他應向我道歉

國民黨參選人連勝文因不滿媒體人周玉蔻曾在電視節目中，指他曾到大陸為胖達人站台，因此向周玉蔻求償，並要求她登報道歉，台北地院22日下午開庭審理，但法官說：「如果愛吃麵包去站台也還好吧！」而周玉蔻庭外反駁，覺得自己被告得莫名其妙，應該是連勝文要向她道歉。

連勝文因不滿周玉蔻在TVBS電視節目中，說他「曾到大陸為胖達人站台」，認為此說法未經查證，嚴重損害他的名譽，惡意攻擊，因此提起毀謗告訴。

台北地院22日下午開庭審理，但法官說：「如果愛吃麵包去站台也還好吧！」而連勝文的委任律師表示，念在周玉蔻是國民黨黨員，有同黨同志情誼，只要周玉蔻收回這句話，願意撤告。周玉蔻則表示，會與律師討論再決定。

周玉蔻事後在庭外接受媒體訪問時說：「我被告得莫名其妙，我只講了一句話，講事實是連勝文有為胖達人站台，他就認為我損傷他的名譽」，周玉蔻認為，評論的事情是事實，律師還否認，並加諸她毀謗罪，連勝文應該為此事公開出面對她道歉。
