正確認知臍帶血 簽約應三思

衛福部食藥署今天表示，為加強民眾對臍帶血保存的正確認知，避免業者以不當行銷廣告手法或術語招攬，已公告「臍帶血保存定型化契約範本應記載及不得記載事項」，規定臍帶血保存機構，不能以任何形式或廣告保證所保存的臍帶血，在現在或未來可以治療任何遺傳性、血液及其他疾病等。

另外，食藥署規定業者應確保廣告內容真實性，且必須在契約中告知消費者，例如臍帶血未來在醫療上的不確定性、保存風險等，並由消費者簽章確認業者已善盡告知義務。

目前臍帶血在臨床應用，除了衛福部公告的29項移植適應症外，其餘醫療應用都還在細胞試驗階段。食藥署也提醒，對業者廣告或推銷內容有疑慮時，應要求業者提供相關書面資料或留下錄音檔，保障自己的權益。
