李英愛喜歡烹飪 出書談韓餐廚藝

「大長今」李英愛和電視臺編劇合作出版了講述韓餐故事的「李英愛的晚餐」一書，該書談創意廚藝十分搶眼。

據南韓朝鮮日報報導，李英愛在書中，介紹了她在家裏經常做的菜肴，展示了在烤肉醬料中，不放通常放的梨汁或白糖，而是放熟柿子的創意性廚藝。

李英愛在書面訪問中寫道：雖然看網路博客或烹飪書菜譜等，但做出來的東西，是用她自己的方法做出來的。她喜歡烹飪，例如，泡菜湯、大醬湯、湯類等都可以做。

李英愛還表露出包含在烹飪中的媽媽的心意：有甜味的時候，她用的是梅子之類的果實。為了孩子們，她傾向於把菜做得不鹹並放入多種蔬菜和水果。
