上海破獲龐大醫托集團 拘捕160人

上海警方今天(15日)表示，警方當局已經破獲上海一個龐大的醫療詐騙幫派，並且拘捕了160人；這些份子將病人誘騙到假冒的醫院，並且用高價出售藥品詐財。
警方指出，已經有500多名受害者遭到他們詐騙，被騙金額高達人民幣170萬元，相當於27萬3,400美元。他們利用貪腐的醫生調高藥品價格，並且開立使用大量藥材的藥方。
根據大陸的用語，這是所謂的醫托詐騙集團，也就是利用許多民眾到上海求醫，卻掛不上專家的門診的焦急心情，通過所謂的「醫托」將被害人騙到事先安排好的民營醫療機構，並且把成本低廉的中草藥以高價出售，牟取暴利。
根據報導，警方是經過7個月的偵查，成功在上海破獲這個全大陸最大的醫托詐騙集團，拘捕160人，其中114人因為涉嫌詐騙罪被刑事拘留，1人被交保候審。
