網購「雷神巧克力」遭詐騙　受害者遍及北、中、南

雷神巧克力風靡全台，卻時常成為詐騙集團利用的目標，台中一名男子在臉書成立粉絲團，聲稱可幫忙代購雷神巧克力，想盡辦法拖延時間，網友付了錢，卻遲遲拿不到貨，發現自己成了肥羊，向警方報案，警方最後依詐欺罪嫌，將7人移送法辦。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，男子在臉書成立粉絲團，因做宅配事業，貼圖還放了一個「宅」字，不只賣雷神巧克力，還賣日本相機、手機等，男子為了博取客戶信任，還一一回覆訂購問題，並在臉書貼上假的交易紀錄、出國照片，甚至還打卡，讓網友信以為真。

男子認為顧客上鉤後，就會收款不出貨，想盡辦法拖延時間，桃園、苗栗、新竹、台中、台南和高雄等地都有網友受騙，男子獲不法所得將近30萬元，有受害者氣得向警方報案，警方經過追查後逮捕主嫌、人頭及車手共7人。

但男子落網後還狡辯，因雷神巧克力大缺貨，才會沒給貨，警方將他依詐欺罪嫌移送法辦。
