摩托羅拉傳千億出售解決方案企業部門

科技業再度傳出重大併購案，根據英國《金融時報》報導，追蹤庫存業者Zebra科技同意以現金35億美元（1058億台幣），收購摩托羅拉（MOTOROLA）解決方案的企業部門，此筆交易將產生一個專門於追蹤的大型企業，凸顯企業在科技與實體商品物流交匯年代對追蹤管理有強勁需求。

市值34.4億美元（1040億台幣）的Zebra業務範圍包含協助亞馬遜（amazon）追蹤庫存，而摩托羅拉則向全球數以千計的商店提供條碼掃描器，根據公司資料，兩家合併之後將有7000名員工，銷售金額可達每年35億美元。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
