掙脫手銬 竊盜慣犯逃逸 追緝中

士林地方法院今天上午傳出有「在押人犯」趁機逃脫。士院行政庭長李育仁證實這項消息，他說：

「嫌犯從二樓跳到一樓後，往天母運動公園方向逃逸」

據了解，逃脫的在押嫌犯是三十三歲的竊盜慣犯張文忠，他曾因竊盜案被判刑定讞，今年三月剛被通緝到案、入監服刑。由於他另外還涉及一起竊盜案，士院上午開庭，將他提訊到案，法警原本應該在開完庭後，把人犯「上銬」送回看守所，不料張文忠竟然攻擊法警、並掙脫手銬，再從二樓跳到一樓逃逸。檢警單位目前正全力追捕當中。士林地院除向國人道歉，也表示會追究違失責任。
