台糖百年宿舍 大火燒成灰燼

有近百年歷史的台糖虎尾總廠的12棟木造宿舍，古色古香的日式建築，成了雲林富歷史意義的文化資產，前天清晨五點，其中一棟房子忽然起火燃燒，成了灰燼，原來從十幾年前住戶搬家後，這裡就沒人管理，成了流浪漢居住地，如今老宿舍又少一棟，當地居民希望政府要趕快讓這裡變成古蹟，好好保存。

熊熊大火，衝上天空，將近百年歷史的台糖宿舍，慘遭祝融，火光劃破黑夜，因為房子是木造的日式建築，火勢一起，就很難控制，等消防隊把火撲滅，宿舍只剩下灰燼，灰燼上還冒著煙。

這裡是台糖虎尾總廠的宿舍，原本12棟日式建築，將近一百年的歷史，卻在十幾年前，住戶離開後，這裡就沒人管理，成了流浪漢的家，沒想到，八號凌晨，其中一棟宿舍忽然起火，這些日式建築，是雲林當地最有歷史的文化資產，居民希望政府趕快把他們列為古蹟，好好保存，才不會讓老房子一棟又一棟的不見。
