端午豬價又漲 每公斤約80元

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄10日電）高雄市毛豬價格近日維持每公斤約新台幣80元，依高雄市肉品公司資料顯示，與去年同期比較漲約2成。

高雄市肉品公司今天指出，受到端午節將至的影響，近來豬價又微幅攀升，從每公斤約78元漲到80元。

拍賣市場毛豬價格上揚，零售傳統市場五花肉、胛心肉每台斤賣到110元，而豬排骨每斤喊到120元。

肉品公司表示，依照豬隻下痢疫情推算，豬隻短缺的時候應該在端午節後，即中元節前後；此時豬價上漲，可能是畜養業者減少出貨。

肉品公司比較去年同期，毛豬拍賣價格每公斤約63到65元之間，但是現在已漲到80元，約2成的漲幅，不管是家庭伙食、水餃餛飩，還是豬排便當店，業者只能從份量縮水，否則就是調漲售價。1030510
