※ [本文轉錄自 Notebook 看板 #1J8LO4kv ] 作者: sagisirius (sagisirius) 看板: Notebook 標題: [問題] Thinkpad edge E11 關機後電源燈還亮著時間: Thu Mar 13 14:53:53 2014 廠牌:Lenovo 型號:Thinkpad Edge E11 0328RT4 購入日期:2011.08.03 距上次使用正常時間:三周前（到2014.2.20都還是正常的） OS版本:win7 家用進階版 64位元平常作業內容:文書.上網.聽音樂有無內建還原功能(Y/N):有燒回復光碟，也重灌過，但症狀依舊問題內容: 1.關機之後電源燈燈號仍亮著、風扇也還在轉，但滑鼠已經沒有反應　必須要長按電源鍵才能真正關機（時間拿捏不好它就又重開了…） 2.進入睡眠狀態之後就再也醒不過來 3.風扇比起可以正常關機時期聲音明顯變大，散熱比過去差 4.雖然在可以接受的範圍內，但進入桌面時間比過去變長　（過去在一分鐘內會進桌面，但現在會超過一分鐘，約要一分半）　（但是進桌面以後，所有程式功能都正常） 5.thinkvantage 工具都會回報說intel engine management interface無法啟動　按更新又說驅動程式已經是最新版本，遲遲無解想請教這種症狀大概是哪個零件故障？主機板？BIOS電池？風扇？還是三個都壞了… 不知道有沒有方法能排除以上症狀，煩請板上高手解惑囉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.119.162.189 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: sagisirius (140.119.162.189), 時間: 03/18/2014 22:14:22
