法式餐廳「法樂琪」被爆湯品使用調味粉，法樂琪主廚張振民親上火線對媒體澄清，粉只用來「提味」，不可能清水變雞湯。

繼「鼎王」事件後，法式餐廳名店法樂琪遭爆料牛清湯、海鮮湯也加調味粉，法樂琪主廚張振民出面向媒體澄清，出示牛骨、牛肉進貨證明，並說明湯確實有加調味粉，「我們只是提味」。

新北市衛生局昨天稽查未發現異狀，僅有牛清湯的製法不明，員工表明是台北總公司配送，已移請台北市政府衛生局就法樂琪總公司牛清湯製作方式進行調查。

台北市衛生局今天派員稽查法樂琪在台北所有店面，帶走抽樣食材和調味料。

張振民強調，湯不是加粉煮出來，法樂琪只是在湯裡加調味粉「提味」，不是拿來做湯底，而是增加「香」的感覺。

台中市衛生局昨天稽查法樂琪台中店，廚房有過期2個月的香料，將依食品衛生管理法開罰新台幣6萬元以上。(中央社)
