阿蓉向縣府申訴的部份，包括雇主未幫勞方提撥勞健保及勞退金提撥，縣府轉給勞保局。勞保局103年4月9日的意思類似「雖然縣府有給我仲裁判斷書，但山溪地還是否認是你雇主；而且山溪地說你們草皮賠償案還在打官司」等理由，尚不對山溪地裁罰。如果真的查起來，全部山溪地桿弟的勞健保、勞退金，都應該由山溪地球場作為雇主而辦理－在眾多桿弟自己沒有團結起來要求的情況下（雖然有工會，但只是辦勞健保的工會），未來如何發展，還有待觀察。（閱讀全文）
