反服貿闖行政院破壞 孫立群：將求償300萬

反服貿團體部分人士3月23日闖進行政院，破壞門窗、設備等，行政院發言人孫立群9日表示，等檢方偵結起訴，也將提起附帶民事求償，求償金額300萬元。
3月23日民眾闖進行政院，不僅將中央大樓的門全部拆下，還破壞職員辦公室、砸破玻璃，滿目瘡痍，行政院估計，遭破壞的門窗加上桌椅、冰箱、影印機、傳真機、櫃子等，大約需要300萬元進行修復。
孫立群表示，3月24日就在南港分局製作筆錄，並啟動要求賠償的事宜，目前檢察官也在約談相關當事人到案說明之中，等到檢方偵結起訴之後，除了刑事之外，我們還會提起附帶的民事訴訟求償。
