有「小林志玲」稱號的凱渥模特兒王心恬，原本已經有戀愛3年的穩定男友、泳將吳念平，還嚷嚷著明年4月要結婚，沒想到卻被週刊拍到，背著男友和「興和工業」的富二代賴俊龍約會。

諷刺的是，吳念平和賴俊龍二人，去年還一起組隊參加鐵人三項比賽，當時的戰友如今卻成了「表兄弟」，令人驚訝不已。

《壹週刊》4月7日拍到，王心恬和賴俊龍到餐廳約會，離開時兩人還緊牽著雙手，叫人搞不清楚王心恬的正牌男友到底是誰？弔詭的是，賴俊龍還親自把王心恬送回她跟男友的同居處。

殊不知下一刻，王心恬是和吳念平一起出門遛狗，她還甜蜜倚靠在男友懷中，難道吳念平和賴俊龍都被蒙在鼓中嗎？對此，王心恬的經紀人表示：「心恬還是跟吳念平穩定交往，感情很好。」
