蔡得勝請辭 李翔宙接國安局

（中央社記者黃名璽台北5日電）國家安全會議今天指出，國安局長蔡得勝以健康因素請辭，總統馬英九勉予同意，其遺缺由國防部副部長李翔宙接任。

國安會也宣布，調查局長王福林與移民署長謝立功將出任國家安全會議諮詢委員。

移民署長職缺由現任法務部調查局國內安全調查處處長莫天虎接任。王福林因屆齡申請退休，職缺由調查局洗錢防制處處長汪忠一接任。

國安會下午發布新聞稿指出，蔡得勝因眼疾困擾多時，上週末向國安會秘書長金溥聰提出辭呈。馬總統與金溥聰均予慰留，但蔡得勝表示醫生建議應儘早醫治休養，馬總統勉予同意，但要蔡得勝轉任總統府國策顧問，繼續襄助國政。

國安會表示，新任國安局長李翔宙，曾任總統府副侍衛長、國防部情報參謀次長室助理次長、國防部電訊發展室主任、陸軍澎湖防衛指揮部指揮官、陸軍教育訓練暨準則發展指揮部指揮官、國防大學副校長、憲兵司令部司令、國防部參謀本部副參謀總長及陸軍司令部司令，現任國防部副部長，相關資歷豐富，相信應能勝任新職。1030505
