機車族隧道穿雨衣 建議靠邊停

根據現行法令，汽機車在隧道及橋梁不能臨時停車；不過，機車族如果臨出隧道前發現下雨要穿雨衣，交通部建議最好靠邊。

交通部監理科長趙晉緯說，依據「道路交通管理處罰條例」規定，汽機車不能在隧道內及橋梁上臨時停車，違反者將處新台幣300元到600元罰鍰。

趙晉緯說，如果機車族在隧道內臨時要穿雨衣，最好盡量靠邊，不要直接停在車道上， 影響交通。

至於有些機車族為了拍美景，在橋梁上臨停，趙晉緯說，即使是靠邊停也不鼓勵；不過，這種臨停時間往往不長，警方也難取締。
