投顧：東協成長 越南成關鍵

（中央社記者潘智義台北13日電）霸菱投顧預估，越南股市今年表現強勁，並對2014年東協的經濟復甦具有關鍵作用。

霸菱表示，越南穩定的經濟、良好的貿易收支，以及2013年15.4%的傲人出口年成長率，應能給予投資人信心；越南為2013年亞洲成長最強勁的國家，主要為手機，及電子產品出口帶動。

另外，跨國公司已繼續投資越南，在過去5年流入越南的外人直接投資，估計約為每年100億美元。

例如，三星在越南設立的第2家工廠，預計2015年落成，屆時將成為三星全球最大的工廠，並占其智慧型手機生產總量的一半。

霸菱分析，銀行業一直是越南的一大弱項，隨著政府支持的越南資產管理公司成立，將可協助銀行逐漸開放借貸，繼而振興經濟。1030413
