立院驅離持刀揮舞　男子遭移送法辦

今早6時許，台北市警方驅離立院正門的抗議群眾時，1名蘇姓男子竟在人群中揮舞瑞士刀，當場與民眾發生爭執拉扯，警察也立刻將他壓制，偵訊後依社會秩序維護法的恐嚇公眾罪嫌移送法辦。
 
警方表示，昨晚蔡丁貴與近百名民眾堅持佔領立院正門的廣場，警方於是派出300名左右的優勢警力，將蔡等人全數驅離到立院外的人行道，沒想到1名蘇姓男子（48歲）在推擠中，與其它民眾發生衝突，蘇男突然拿出預藏的折疊刀，距離蘇男不遠的警員，立刻上前奪刀，並且將他壓制帶回警局，蘇男解釋，因日前有飆車族鬧事，才會帶著刀子防身，警方訊後仍依恐嚇公眾罪移送法辦。（陳建緯／台北報導）
