上班族壓力大 四成七睡眠不足

一項針對青春期、上班族、銀髮族進行的調查顯示,有四成三青春期男生怕長不高、八成青春期女生有生理不適;青壯年上班族則有超過九成感到壓力大,甚至有四成七睡眠不足;至於銀髮族則有九成感到退化。

上班族家庭事業兩頭忙,加上每天接踵而至的壓力,易睡不好、失眠,造成肝氣鬱積,中醫師建議可使用紓肝湯、桂枝加龍骨牡蠣湯、酸棗仁泡茶等輔助睡眠,也可按摩手腕上神門穴紓壓助眠。
