精品投資餐飲又一新舉，PRADA集團宣告收購成立於1824年的老字號米蘭糕點店Pasticceria Marchesi的擁有者Angelo Marchesi srl80% 的股權。

Pasticceria Marchesi於義大利米蘭的瑪傑格大道 (Corso Magenta)上的18世紀大樓成立店面，以精緻西點與巧克力聞名，尤其是經典的Panettone甜麵包。此次收購展現PRADA集團品牌多元的發展規劃

Angelo Giovanni Marchesi仍會以執行長身份參與經營，以利延續這超越兩世紀糕點品牌的品質與傳統，當然也加速雙方整合。
