【更新】反重蓋組合屋　​王耀德：蓋一個拆一個

文林苑都更案被強拆屋的王家人之一王耀德，昨自行帶隊拆除組合屋後就失聯，消失一天後，王耀德今天中午接受《蘋果》訪問，強調自己心意已決且絕對沒有被威脅，未來若他們（爸爸及都更盟）想重蓋組合屋，「蓋1個我拆1個，蓋100個我拆100個。」
 
王耀德父親王廣樹昨天質疑兒子拆屋的決定，是受到樂揚建設的脅迫，今日他澄清，還反問記者昨天看他的樣子「像是被威脅嗎？」他說自己心意已決，就是希望結束這起抗爭。
 
他並說，昨晚有和父親通過電話，父親生的他氣，但自己心意已決，所以父親也無可奈何。王耀德還強調自己將不再出面，因為這對解決事情沒任何幫助。
 
王耀德昨表示，樂揚建設提出2億新訴訟，但其父委任律師詹順貴稍晚否認此說法。王耀德說可能建商已經撤告，但目前所有客觀條件都對王家不利，對方一定會提出，「這是必然會發生的」。（陳思豪／台北報導）
