花蓮縣秀林鄉一名林姓國小校長，日前在酒後竟仍騎乘機車返家，結果途中不慎撞上一名彭姓男子，雖然兩人送醫後皆無大礙並達成和解，不過，林男為人師表還酒駕，恐遭調離校長職務。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，林男在騎車返家途中，行經秀林村鄉道時撞上彭男，警方獲報後立刻趕抵現場，並將兩人雙雙送往醫院救治，當時肇事的林男滿臉是血，且抽血換算呼氣值達0.64，遭依公共危險罪嫌送辦。

雖然林男與彭男以12萬元達成和解，不過，因為林男為人師表竟還酒駕，花蓮縣教育處也將依檢警偵辦結果開會議處。
