腸病毒流行期 5歲內易感染

疾管署指出，目前已進入腸病毒流行期，每周病例數持續增加，上周急診達362人次，仍以克沙奇A型為主，5歲以下幼童易感染。

衛生福利部疾病管制署防疫醫師羅一鈞今天說，上周全台急診就診人次中，腸病毒占千分之2.98、362人次，已經連續4周上升。目前已進入腸病毒流行期，不過至今還沒有出現重症個案，目前病毒株仍以克沙奇A型為主。

羅一鈞說，克沙奇A型容易引起手足口病、�疹性咽峽炎，5歲以下幼童較容易感染，也有重症。

他說，若家中孩童確認感染腸病毒，提醒家長注意，應讓孩子多在家休息；如果出現嗜睡、意識不清、手腳無力、肌抽躍、呼吸急促或心跳加快等重症病徵，應該送大醫院接受適當治療，掌握治療的黃金時間。
