網拍正妹夜歸遭襲　打人情侶落網稱受人指使！

三月初新竹一名從事網拍、長相甜美的女子晚間10時許，到火車站後站準備牽車返家，沒想到卻遭一對情侶，持機車大鎖將她的頭部打到流血，警方經過半個月的追查，終於找到嫌犯，打人的男子供稱，因被逼討巨額債款，受人指使，才會試圖搶劫，但因受害者尖叫，被嚇得心虛落跑，皮包也沒搶成。

被害女子當時正要到新竹後火車站南大路牽機車，遇到一對情侶，男生問女生：「要打嗎？」女生回答：「隨便你」，接著被害人就感覺後腦被硬物重擊，一陣暈眩後，發現自己頭破血流。

被害人硬撐著走到地下道路口，被附近民眾發現，趕緊打電話叫救護車將她送醫，被害人頭部縫了幾針後回家休養，事後將此事PO在臉書上，說自己平常沒有與人結怨，為什麼會被攻擊也莫名其妙。

警方經過半個月的追查，終於根據監視器畫面追查到嫌犯，警方表示，因嫌犯與人有財務糾紛，被教唆搶劫，訊後依強盜未遂、傷害罪嫌移送，嫌犯裁定3萬元交保，但因付不出保釋金，改成聲請羈押。
