教育部籲學生理性 勿逾越法律

國民黨團打算包裹表決服貿協議，上百名學生及民眾昨晚衝進立法院，占領議場與警方激烈衝突，且揚言占領行動將持續63小時至周五立法院召開院會時。教育部政務次長陳德華上午表示，學生對公共事務的關心和參與應該給予肯定，但要在民主法治規範下運作，逾越法律就不好，對社會是不好的示範。他呼籲學生注意自身安全，理性表達意見。

陳德華表示，教育部很關心學生的安全，但希望學生任何關心和參與公共事務的行為，都不能逾越法律規範，也不要對社會造成不好的影響。

至於教育部會不會請大學去關切學生的行為？陳德華說「不會」，大學生和研究生已是成年人，要懂得理性表達立場。
