真離譜　復康巴士充當外勞免費公車

以服務身障者為對象的復康巴士竟成外勞免費公車！澎湖縣政府委託伊甸基金會經營的復康巴士，竟然遭司機公器私用，成為搭載印尼妹購物的免費公車，還霸佔車道，質疑社福資源淪為把妹工具，於是將行車記錄畫面投訴《蘋果》。

伊甸基金會坦承疏失，但強調司機說兩印尼外籍勞工恰是服務個案的陪同者，因為平時沒時間買日常用品，所以利用雇主的復健等待期要求幫忙，司機才基於好心幫忙，只是單純接送一下下而已。

澎湖縣政府社會處處長蘇啟昌指出，確已違反契約搭載非屬服務對象，因此已正式去函伊甸建議懲處失職人員，且若有再犯，則將依照契約書裁以懲罰性違約金。（許逸民/澎湖報導）
