餐廳名稱：豆花朴消費時間：2014年/05月地址：新北市新店區建國路93號電話：02-29115462 營業時間：11:00-23:00 每人平均價位：$50 可否刷卡：無有無包廂：無網誌圖文版：http://www.wiselyview.cc/read-8597.html ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝這家店有個很有趣的名字叫做「豆花朴」(朴音同瓢)，位於最近常覓食的新店區經國路上。外表看起來不甚起眼，不過許多美食節目幾乎都介紹過，而且越晚生意就越好，讓我也一試成主顧會想嚐嚐他們家不同特色的冷熱甜品。在平時，我覺得他們家的招牌豆花就已經很好吃了… 在裡頭主要是豆花、花生、粉圓與芋圓這四項，然後依照個人喜好要求可調整碎冰的多寡；就我個人的心得，他們的特色在於糖水煮的非常棒，而豆花相當滑嫩可口，花生屬於紮實有口感的那種，但粉圓和芋圓就較一般但不會難吃。如果在盛夏，我會很推薦他們的限定冰品，尤其是透明粉條伴著黃色粉粿，真的是相當地清涼爽口；而冬天的時候，桂花酒釀湯圓以及芝麻糊都是讓人暖心回味的熱食，就連現在吃的到的紅豆湯也很不錯喲！ -- Wisely's 拍拍照寫寫字(BLOG) http://wiselyview.cc/ Wisely Mood (Facebook) https://www.facebook.com/wiselymood -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.240.191.243 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1399559386.A.AD2.html
