103學年度大學「個人申請」入學第二階段指定項目甄試，各大學已公告錄取結果，總計今年有5萬1258人符合登記資格。大學甄選入學委員會提醒，正備取考生應於5日至6日，每天上午8時到晚上10時在大學甄選入學委員會網站（https://www.caac.ccu.edu.tw/）完成網路就讀志願序登記，接受統一分發。未依規定完成登記，一律視同放棄資格。

甄選會表示，錄取生登記就讀志願序時，須憑本人學科能力測驗准考證號碼、身分證號碼及「網路登記就讀志願序通行碼」登入。「網路登記就讀志願序通行碼」通知單已由大學甄選入學委員會在4月16日寄發，如不慎遺失，最晚須在在5月6日下午5時前，依照簡章規定向大學甄選入學委員會申請補發。

「個人申請」分發結果預定5月12日上午8時起，在大學甄選入學委員會網站公告，不另寄書面通知。
