郝龍斌二度記者會　籲抗爭團體還路於北市民

台北市長郝龍斌今晚二度開記者會，要佔據道路的團體快點撤離，強調為確保台北市交通及市民正常生活，一定會不計用任何方法，明早讓台北市交通恢復正常。被媒體問到，包括強制驅離嗎？郝龍斌稱任何可能方式都有，換言之，霸佔忠孝西路的反核團體現再不離開，市警局不排除強制驅離，落實執行市長命令，讓台北車站周邊交通恢復正常。

台北市警局除跟警政署緊急調2000人協勤外，高層現也在召開427專案會議，針對霸佔忠孝西路、中山南路等道路的「排除障礙」進行任務分配，並派警員到現場監控，獲知忠孝西路上的人員，僅剩6000人，且現場抗爭人員有日益減少趨勢。

台北市長郝龍斌晚上10點30分在市警局二度開記者會，並跟占道路反核團體喊話，台北市民不是抗爭團體的敵人，要抗爭團體不要找錯對象及用錯方法，還路權給台北市民。（張芳榮／台北報導）
