調漲房屋稅只會更加民不聊生

初審通過調漲房屋稅率1.5~3.6%，表面上拿著打房當藉口，實際上是跟人民搶錢。
從古自今，政府提高課稅，增加人民的生活負擔，只是暴政之一，不會是什麼德政。

空軍還是別太高興，漲房屋稅率之後，如果真的能逼房東把屋子釋出，代表租客要搬家了。
這招如果夠厲害，能讓大家都不囤房，哪來的房子出租?只會逼空軍買房，再創房價新高。

如果政府當真天真的以為調高房屋稅能夠有效打房，只能說是一個極度愚蠢的政策。
它只會給房東調漲房租的藉口，租金一漲，外加水電物料上漲，吃喝拉撒睡一起漲。
租房自住的人除了要負擔更重的租金，外面還有高昂的物價壓到喘不過氣。

錯誤的政策比貪污更可怕。
