國際半導體設備材料協會(SEMI)21日公佈，2014年3月北美半導體設備製造商接單出貨比(Book-to-Bill ratio)初估為1.06、創2013年11月(1.11)以來新高，為連續第6個月高於1。1.06意味著當月每出貨100美元的產品就能接獲價值106美元的新訂單。費城半導體指數21日上漲0.88%、收583.48點；今年迄今漲幅達9.06%。

SEMI這份初估數據顯示，2014年3月北美半導體設備製造商接獲全球訂單的3個月移動平均金額初估為12.804億美元、較2月的12.954億美元(上修值)下滑1.2%，但較2013年同期的11.0億美元高出16.1%。

3月北美半導體設備製造商3個月移動平均出貨金額初估為12.121億美元、較2月的12.883億美元(下修值)縮減5.9%，但較2013年同期的9.91億元高出22.3%。

半導體設備大廠應用材料21日上漲0.79%、收19.14美元；今年迄今漲幅達8.26%。
