林飛帆：周六召開人民議會

318太陽花學運邁入第18天，學生代表林飛帆今(4)日宣布，明天立法院議場內、青島東路、濟南路3地，將正式召開「人民議會」，由民眾審議《兩岸協議監督條例》的政院版及民間版。他強調，「立委不審沒關係，我們可以自己來審」。

林飛帆表示，週六將邀公民在立院內外3地，以馬拉松接力的方式召開人民議會，至少1500人，將分成60組，一同以審議式民主的方式，來審《兩岸協議監督條例》的政院版及民間版。

林飛帆強調，國會是由人民掌控的國會，明天他們會將桌子收拾整齊，讓委員坐在底下親自開議。他指出，這項行動會是作為延長加賽很重要的一環，朝野立委也可加入。
