反服貿學生號召公民下午上街頭爭公道，民進黨前主席蔡英文也現身凱道力挺。她接受媒體訪問時表示，現在解決問題的鑰匙在馬英九總統手上，希望總統能盡快回應學生們的四大訴求，並做出承諾。

蔡英文說，學生對於自己的未來有疑慮，馬總統就應該想辦法讓他們安心，讓學生覺得政府是有誠意在做事，也有正面回應他們的訴求。
