| 留軍線恐嚇維安？ 羅紹和：不排除惡作劇

針對有男子致電台北市1999專線聲稱要剌殺馬總統，卻留下02-2311-6117國軍聯合查號台電話，國防部發言人羅紹和上午表示，軍方目前正在查證，但該男子之舉，不排除是惡作劇或刻意栽贓。
羅紹和說，據他上午向台北市政府了解，市府值機人員稱該男子來電時，並沒有來電顯示，這支國防部查號台電話號碼，是致電者因應市府值機人員詢問，而以口頭留下，市府也因此將這支電話號碼送交警方刑警大隊調查，現正與憲兵調查組聯合清查中。而他上午也詢問聯合查號台值機人員，值班人員稱應該沒有人會用查號台電話撥打外線。國防部正進一步清查該時段查號台值機通聯。

| 回應龍燈爭議 賴清德：未釐清前不應動工

台南市長賴清德中午親自在臉書貼文回應龍燈爭議，賴清德表示，環保生態的維護本來就是從政的價值，因此台南市政府以負責任的態度面對外界對龍燈公司在新化設廠一事的疑慮，並做成3點決定說明。
賴清德強調，龍燈公司並未向台南市政府申請設廠許可，因此，「市府並未核發設廠許可」；此階段是台南市政府工務局核發「一般廠庫」的建造執照，「這與設廠許可是兩件事」。
賴清德指出，龍燈公司是由經濟部招商返台投資，也經過投審會審議通過該公司的投資計畫，為上市公司，目前引起廣大疑慮，「在尚未釐清前，台南市政府認為龍燈公司不應動工」，該公司應盡速妥適對外說明及溝通。
賴清德說，任何公司到台南投資，台南市政府都會依法嚴格把關，「絕不會犧牲環境生態與市民健康權益」。

| 吳綺莉自曝懷孕時想過自殺 但無憂鬱症

藝人吳綺莉多年前未婚生下小龍女，昨天出席香港有線節目《陳啟泰·吳綺莉不老的傳說》記者會，首次透露懷孕時曾有自殺念頭，但她否認患憂鬱症。
吳綺莉說大部分的人懷孕時都有情緒，加上當時有這麼多新聞，都是可以原諒。只是見完80幾個記者，腦海突然閃過自殺念頭，還好念頭只有一閃而過便消失。
記者會播放影片，香港演員江華自稱遭情緒病困擾2年，最嚴重時還出現幻覺，吳綺莉解釋江華幾年前因腰傷引發心理失衡狀況：「他無法工作、照顧不了家庭以及賺不到錢就開始擔心、鑽牛角尖，不過他現在已經好了。」（林佳樺／綜合報導）
