對於許多情侶來說，高雄市立美術館不只是欣賞展覽的藝術殿堂，也是充滿甜蜜回憶的地方。一段段在美術館萌芽、茁壯、修成正果的愛情故事，為美術館更添佳話。為慶祝開館20周年，高美館特別推出「藝術陪嫁，20有喜」活動，邀請20對新人進入館內拍攝婚紗照，見證愛情也分享館慶，喜上加喜!

高美館豐富的生態園區，擁有四季變幻無窮的風情，無論是花木林道或是戶外藝術雕塑作品，一直都是新人拍攝婚紗照的熱門地點。2013年新增的知名藝術家梅丁衍為高雄市公共藝術創作〈愛〉，更成為新人必訪的地標。

此次「20有喜」活動，則是高美館成立20年來、首度開放館內空間讓20對新人拍攝婚紗，活動訊息在高美館官網及FB發布後即回響熱烈，短短三天即告額滿。報名參加活動的新人都對高美館有著特殊回憶和情感，例如藝術大學畢業的吳小姐，因為與未來的另一半到高美館參觀展覽，發覺身為軍警人員的他竟然對藝術有著深刻的理解與感受，當下決定開始交往。
