| 俄戒毒所失火八死

俄羅斯「阿爾泰地區」一處戒毒所失火，有八個人死亡，六個人受傷。
當地時間星期天一大早，位於「阿爾泰」「科西欣地區」一座建築物被燒毀，屋頂坍塌。火場面積大約六十坪。
建築裡有一個戒毒所。戒毒所裡的八個人死亡，六個人受傷。
起火原因正在循刑事調查，初步懷疑是用火不慎。

| 爆炸如槍戰！ 燃燒變電箱火光四射

變電箱起火，爆炸聲響宛如警匪槍戰。
27日凌晨3點，新北市板橋有工廠發生火警，警消趕到，都不敢靠近，因為燃燒的變電箱，火光四射，而且發出巨響，直到台電人員斷電後，消防人員才以乾粉滅火器控制火勢。消防局表示，家中電器用品著火，民眾必須戴乾的塑膠手套，移除電線或關電源總開關，用乾粉滅火器滅火，千萬別用水打火，以免觸電。
深夜3點，板橋橋中一街的工廠，發生火警，火光四射，還伴隨爆炸聲響。雖然是變電箱著火，但聽起來好像放鞭炮，巨大的聲音更讓附近居民以為，是不是警匪駁火開槍。當初，全副武裝的消防隊員，只能等台電人員斷電後，才以乾粉滅火器，控制火勢。
電線老舊或纏繞，家中電器很可能就像這樣著火，消防局提醒，應該像這樣，戴著乾燥的塑膠手套，先拔除電線，移走可能燃燒的物品，像這條延長線，插座頭已經變色，代表曾經短路，或者已經不堪使用，就要換新的，避免電線走火。
新北市消防局第一大隊副大隊長黃炳松：「在未確認電源斷電的時候，千萬不要用水以免導電。」
就算整套裝備穿在身上，打火弟兄也不敢拿生命開玩笑，接近爆炸中的變電箱，電器走火，千萬別用水，以免觸電。

| 阿帕契墜落毀民宅 軍方埋單

（中央社記者劉麗榮台北27日電）一架阿帕契直升機25日發生迫降民宅意外，軍方成立專案小組調查。陸軍今天表示，停飛的17架阿帕契明天開始進行特檢評估。
軍方編號808阿帕契AH-64E直升機，25日上午墜落在桃園縣龍潭一處建築物頂樓，造成4戶民宅毀損，所幸2名飛行員受到輕傷，沒有生命危險，民眾也無人傷亡。
國防部、陸軍航空特戰指揮部和美方技術代表共組專案小組，調查事故原因，包括將俗稱黑盒子的飛航資料記錄器取出，進一步判讀到底是機械故障或訓練因素造成。陸軍表示，飛安鑑定報告預計45天後完成。
陸軍向美採購30架阿帕契AH-64E直升機，已交運18架，編號808的阿帕契直升機發生迫降意外後，其餘17架全面停飛接受特檢。
陸軍表示，軍方和美方技術代表明天將進行特檢評估，要等特檢完成後才能復飛，特檢與飛安鑑定報告分頭並行，復飛不一定要等飛安鑑定報告出爐。
阿帕契迫降造成4戶民宅毀損，陸軍說，明天將與4戶居民在龍潭鄉公所召開調解委員會，土木技師公會從結構受損、發包等方面確認修復細節，修繕費用全由軍方支付，全程都有會議紀錄並具法律效用，表示軍方的誠意和負責。
陸軍說，毀損阿帕契已吊離現場，並全力進行善後，包括將毀損的鐵皮屋切割處理，軍方會利用明天上午離峰時間，派吊車將其吊掛下來。1030427
