中華民國國家圖書館與德國萊比錫大學合作舉辦「臺灣漢學講座」，邀請中央研究院臺灣史研究所研究員兼副所長劉士永於5月16日在萊比錫大學主講臺灣醫療史研究與數位資料。

劉士永是美國匹茲堡大學博士，研究專長為戰後臺灣經濟史以及醫學史。16日的演講，劉士永將概述臺灣醫療史，並以1939年的瘧疾影片為例，說明執行該領域研究時使用數位資源的挑戰。

國家圖書館致力於推動臺灣研究及漢學研究交流，自2011年起每年皆在海外舉辦6至7場「臺灣漢學講座」，建立交流平台，呈現臺灣與漢學研究成果，更宣揚具有臺灣特色的中華文化。

萊比錫大學是國家圖書館近兩年在海外設置的「臺灣漢學資源中心」合作單位之一。國家圖書館館長曾淑賢於去年11月7日訪問萊比錫大學，與該大學圖書館館長施奈德（Ulrich Johannes Schneider）簽署「台灣漢學資源中心」及「中文古籍書目資料庫」合作備忘錄。

達方電子於2013年12月在中國大陸向群光電子提出發光鍵盤模組產品相關訴訟，經中國大陸江蘇省蘇州市中級人民法院判決認定駁回，群光勝訴。

達方對群光電子及群光電子(蘇州)等公司於2013年12月25日在中國大陸提出專利侵權訴訟。達方電子主張群光電子與群光電子(蘇州)的發光鍵盤模組產品，涉及侵害達方電子擁有的發光鍵盤相關的大陸實用新型專利權。

江蘇省蘇州市中級人民法院(2014)蘇中知民初字第0004號、第0005號民事判決書今天判決認定「駁回達方公司的訴訟請求，案件受理費用由原告負擔」。

群光表示，公司一向重視自身及第三人智慧財產權，各項產品均為自行研發，並未有侵權行為。由於法院已經認定群光並未侵害達方發光鍵盤技術相關專利權，對財務業務均無影響。
