財政不佳 南投縣調整戶政所

南投縣政府的財政狀況吃緊，縣府重新檢討戶政事務所，從原來全縣十三鄉鎮市，都有戶政事務所，調整為五個戶政所。小鄉鎮的戶政所，歸併到大市鎮的戶政所。如中寮鄉戶政所，變成南投戶政所中寮工作站，工作站不派主任，人民洽公的便利性不變，預估一年可以省下一千萬元。
